Acceptable use

Only monitor endpoints you own or have explicit permission to probe. Don't use MonitorAH for DoS, scraping, or scanning third-party systems.

Plan limits

Monitor counts and API rate limits are enforced per the tier you've subscribed to. Going above your plan limits may cause check failures or 429 responses.

Service availability

MonitorAH is provided "as is". We make our best effort to provide reliable monitoring but do not guarantee 100% uptime of our own infrastructure. Enterprise SLAs are available on request.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
